Good News!

As the title suggests, it's good news for this post as I now know what I am going to animate! But before going into that, I will bring you up to speed - so, had a dissertation presentation to present a couple of weeks ago, where the general response was that what I wanted to submit as the final artifact was seriously under-scoped. I was happy with this as it meant that all I had to do was just add to it to make it more substantial.

So, fast forward to about now, while I haven't done much for my dissertation as it's coming up to the time where one of my assignments is due in next week so been putting more effort into that , I have been thinking about what I feel  fun to animate but what will also test the new skills I hope to acquire. Eventually I came to the conclusion of animating a character doing some free-running.

What it will be doing within those 10 - 15 seconds is still not known at the moment, but it means that now I can carry on with learning what I need to do and then create a storyboard of some of the actions. While it is only small progress, it's still progress - so I'm happy with it!

I will hope to post more within the next two weeks or so, hopefully I can post some stuff on before that, touch wood. Until then.
